In short
Giovani Gutiérrez is an editor. His job is close reading: checking every figure, name and date against the original source before a text goes out, and fixing it when something doesn't add up.
He likes people who explain things plainly and is wary of writing that promises too much. He edits the same way: short sentences, facts you can check, and nothing a reader couldn't verify on their own.
Once the laptop is closed, you'll most likely find him watching Chivas, in the kitchen or on the road out to the Bosque La Primavera.
